The Center on Disability Studies (CDS) is an Organized Research Unit of the College of Education on the Mānoa campus.

Our mission is to promote diverse abilities across the lifespan through interdisciplinary training research, and services in the areas of education and community living.

Obtaining feedback from students, staff, and individuals in the community (with and without disabilities) is vital to the review process. Let your voice be heard.

We would appreciate your taking the time to complete the following survey.

It should take about ten minutes of your time.

Your responses are voluntary and will be confidential. Responses will not be linked to the individual. All responses will be compiled together and analyzed as a group. The data collected from this survey will not be used in any publications.
